By creating an account on Get Sealed, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Get Sealed
• You must provide accurate and truthful information in your profile
• You may only maintain one account

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Community Guidelines

Get Sealed is a faith-based dating platform for members and friends of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. You agree to:

• Be Respectful: Treat all users with kindness and respect
• Be Honest: Do not misrepresent your identity, age, photos, or religious affiliation
• Be Appropriate: Do not post or send explicit, violent, or offensive content
• No Harassment: Do not harass, stalk, threaten, or intimidate other users
• No Spam: Do not use the platform for advertising, solicitation, or commercial purposes
• No Fraud: Do not create fake profiles, use stolen photos, or impersonate others
• Modesty Standards: Profile photos should reflect standards consistent with the values of the LDS community

5. Content You Post

By posting content (photos, text, Fireside posts) on Get Sealed, you:

• Retain ownership of your content
• Grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on our platform
• Confirm that you have the right to share the content
• Understand that public posts may be visible to all authenticated users

6. Matching & Communication

• Matches are based on mutual interest (both users must like each other)
• We do not guarantee matches, relationships, or marriages
• You may block any user at any time
• You may report users who violate these terms

7. Premium Subscriptions

• Premium features are optional and not required to use the core service
• Subscription pricing and features are subject to change
• Refund policies follow Apple App Store and platform guidelines

8. Safety

While we take steps to verify users and moderate content, we cannot guarantee the identity or intentions of any user. When meeting someone in person:

• Meet in public places
• Tell a friend or family member about your plans
• Trust your instincts — if something feels wrong, leave
• Report any concerning behavior to us and to local authorities

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings.

10. Disclaimer

Get Sealed is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not affiliated with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. We are an independent platform serving the LDS dating community.

11. Limitation of Liability

Get Sealed is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform, interactions with other users, or decisions made based on profile information.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
